• Keys to the Electrical Rooms can be obtained by calling Jay Venturi at CCM or sending an email to inozick@gmail.com

• The maintenance fee for 2013 is $310 per month. 

• The association is looking for people to volunteer to be on a Fine Review Committee.  The purpose of the committee will be to review fines that owners/tenants receive and then judge the fairness of the fine.  A minimum of 3 people are needed. 

• The drains in the parking lot have been repaired.

• Work is on-going to improve Victoria Square.

• Removal of all satellite dishes from the buildings and roof was approved by the board of directors.  A letter was sent to all owners and renters.

• Thousands of dollars have spent on landscaping with many coco plum shrubs added to the property and dead Ficas were removed.

• Some touchup painting of the buildings was done to keep them looking good.

• An insurance policy for the structure was approved at a cost of $30,000.  This was within budget and will not impact maintenance costs.

• We recently received a citation from the city of Coral Springs because of the parking lot.  Apparently, it's not up to the standards of Coral Springs.  We are taking bids from paving companies to improve the parking area.
